1. Successful Backorders

• Once a domain is successfully acquired for you, no refunds will be issued.

2. Unsuccessful Backorders

• If we fail to catch your requested domain, the full $10 USD will be credited to your website wallet.
• Wallet credits can be used for future backorders and are valid indefinitely.
• No refunds will be made to your original PayPal payment account.

3. Auctions

• Auction winners must complete payment within the specified timeframe.
• Failure to pay may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
• No refunds are issued for completed and paid auction wins.

4. Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please verify the spelling and details of your domain before ordering.
