By using this Website, placing a backorder, or participating in an auction, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use this Website.
Our services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, all materials, text, graphics, code, and other content on this Website are the intellectual property of DomainCatch.in and/or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view the content for personal use only.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Publish any Website material in other media without permission
- Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Website content
- Publicly perform or display Website material without authorization
- Use this Website in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
- Use the Website for unlawful activities or in violation of applicable laws
- Engage in automated scraping, data mining, or similar activities
- Use this Website to distribute unsolicited marketing content

4. User Content
If you submit any content (such as messages, comments, or listings), you grant DomainCatch.in a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it for service-related purposes. You must ensure that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
5. Backorder Process
- Users may place a backorder by entering the exact domain name they wish to acquire.
- We manually verify all backorder requests before acceptance.
- The $10 backorder fee includes the domain registration for 1 year from the date of successful capture.
- If the current domain owner renews the domain or it is otherwise unavailable for registration, the backorder will not be executed and the $10 will be credited to your website wallet for future orders.
- Domain transfers will be made to your Dynadot account, which you must provide.
6. Auctions
- Auctions are conducted using the WooCommerce Simple Auctions plugin.
- Participation in an auction constitutes a binding agreement to purchase the domain if you are the winning bidder.
- Payment must be made within 48 hours of the auction closing.
- Failure to pay may result in the domain being deleted, sold, auctioned again, or otherwise disposed of, and your account may be restricted.
7. Payments
- All payments are processed in USD via PayPal.
- Payment is due within 48 hours of invoice or auction close.
- If payment is not received within the timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order and withhold future service access.
8. Disclaimer
- DomainCatch.in is an independent service and is not affiliated with the National Internet Exchange of India (NIXI), Registry.in, or any accredited registrar.
- We make no guarantees that a backordered domain will be successfully registered.
- Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DomainCatch.in or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DomainCatch.in and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
12. Variation of Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Assignment
We may assign or transfer our rights under these Terms without notice. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
